Life is about to change!

I’m becoming a mammy.

Hi there,

March is finally here & WOW, is this a pivotal month of action, energy, great change & newness. This has been a highly anticipated month for my husband & I, as we are due our first baby in just a couple of weeks time. We have also been working on a renovation project of my grandparents 100 year old cottage. As divine timing would have it, we have reached completion and are set to move house in the coming days. So new baby, new home & I am stepping back from my role as therapist, while I embrace my new role, “Mammy”.

How blessed we are that it is a positive change but I am very conscious of those who are seeking the positives in their lives. It may feel illusive right now but trust that we all have our time. The wheel continues to turn. We also had many trials & tribulations along the way. Today they feel worthwhile but when we were going through them, we certainly didn’t welcome them. Thankfully, we found the strength & humility to persevere. I pray the coming weeks bring a culmination of joy for us.

While these are my upcoming changes, you may also experience some pivotal shift in your own life over the month of March. You may have noticed our skies have had a stellium of planets in alignment over the last week. Well, all of these planets are in, or soon to be in Aries – the fiery sign of the Ram. Aries is the first sign of the zodiac & is known for being the initiator or seed planter who brings newness in to our world. It is also the sign associated with who we are. The “I am” of astrology. When Aries plays host to so many planets all at once, we may feel big changes & developments in who we are or witness it in those around us. It is fledgling energy rather than seasoned & wise, so it may feel like we are on Bambi legs for a while!!!

But that’s not all! We are entering in to eclipse season too!!! Eclipses conceal & then reveal new information. They are also known to bring about endings & new beginnings. What or who may be eclipsed out of your life or what newness will appear? This is just a glimpse into some of the themes of March 2025. I hope it helps you initiate positive action in your own life.

I am unsure of what the future holds for my therapy practice but I hope to return to my role in due course. In the meantime, I will keep my course offering active on my website. If you wish, you can continue your personal development journey while I am away. I have linked each course below for easy access. Of course, I always love to hear your updates.
