Beliefs at our core


Our core beliefs are views of how we see ourselves, others and the world around us. We can often allow our core beliefs to determine how we act in certain situations, to new activities, in relationships etc. They are not fact, they are only beliefs but we behave as if they are really true. In order to relieve ourselves of these often outdated and unhelpful beliefs it is vital to become aware of them and challenge them. This booklet gives you a simple method to do just that!
